The Arizona Republic published a series of investigative stories revealing just how broken Arizona’s long-term care and residential facilities system is.

I worked with an illustrator to ensure the visual tone matched the impactful reporting. I also worked closely with a developer and created mockups in Figma for a randomizer tool that prompted users to interact with the project’s database.

I designed a related 24-page service journalism pamphlet in English and Spanish that was sent to 50,000+ households through a partnership with AARP.
